1.Financial - accountancy software for the Sofia’s municipality and its sections.
The system includes:
- The accountancy ;
- The materials (fuels, foods and so on) ;
- Durable assets, buildings, facilities, infra-structural objects ;
- Diaries in tax ;
- Reports of the budget ;
- Schedules with contractors ;
- Contracts for rentals;
- Incomes, invoices and schedules with customers.
2.Software for checkout and generalize data for producing alternate financal reports of Sofia’s municipality.
The complexity of the project consists the fact that they are the overall number of the sections to a metropolitan
municipality over than six hundred of the fourth sector, the third sector and the second sector of the municipality.
Generalizing is run consecutive at levels as each level gives to the more top the main balance.
At the second level the regions in Sofia, produce their own balances, which are the part of the consolidated
balance (the periodic financal report). At the first level of the system is prepared the consolidated balance
(periodic financal report).
The data is transmitted as of a magnetic winner-a diskette, the disk, the flash memory, so with advanced software,
developed by us for transmitting data with using internet-connection (a specialized server). Each sector has
the full access in the system only to its own data or to the data of its subordinates.
This system is analogous with the system for generalizing the taxs, which are received in the municipality.
The software made checkout and summary of the diaries, for the specific requirements of the Sofia’s financial
sector and the system admit to search invoices by contractors for a fiscal check.
3.Project “The sector Social Activities - creation the one database for the invalids in Sofia”.
The data adds up from 17 sections on social services, servicing the regions. Each of these 17 sectors is situated
in different regions in Sofia. There the information for every person in Sofia, who has invalid card, can be modify
or quit the actual state to the invalid. The sections are providing different kinds of social services, like cards
for using urban transport, cards for parking, called “blue zone” and so on.
The solicitations are entered and are sended as a written statement to the commission, which is selected by the
Sofia’s council.
The time limits for the performance, until where the solicitation is pursued are traced, if there are
rejection -reason for the rejection and telling the person for the solicitation, if appealing - the reason for
the rejection is discussing in the future agency (the mayor of Sofia).
4.The program package - register of married before the registrar and childbirths in Sofia.
Including certificate for marriage and certificate for bearing and a reservation of bridal rituals.
The system is set up in all ritual halls in Sofia, with rights to issue the relevant certificate.
5.Information system for The Metropolitan Inspectorate.
The system the activities of the inspectors from a metropolitan inspectorate for improperly
parking - registration to the fine, the vehicle, the date and the hour of the incorrect park, the photograph
of the car, fines in more different regulations of Sofia Council.
We effect monthly exchange of information with Traffic police and The State Receivables Collection Agency. |
